Mr. Hofacket worked in Dallas for several years prior to moving home to Deming, New Mexico.  Most of his practice included representing large Fortune 500 public companies in assisting them with compliance with federal and state securities laws, and in tender offers for outstanding debt securities and in initial or follow-on public offerings.

Mr. Hofacket also represented corporate entities and individuals in connection with various merger and acquisition transactions, including stock purchases and asset purchases, and the sale of wholly owned subsidiaries.
