Mr. Jarod Hofacket is licensed to practice law in both New Mexico and Texas. His practice focuses on estate planning, wills, trustsand probate matters, but also includes general business law including corporate formations, governance, transactions and business and real estate disputes. 

Mr. Hofacket has a contract with the Sixth Judicial District Court in New Mexico representing children in abuse and neglect cases in Luna and Hidalgo Counties.  Mr. Hofacket also represents the City of Deming in proceedings regarding criminal violations of city ordinance.

Mr. Hofacket worked in Dallas for several years prior to moving home to Deming, New Mexico in 2006.  Most of his practice included representing Fortune 500 companies for compliance with federal and state securities laws, and in tender offers for outstanding debt securities and in initial or follow-on public offerings. Mr. Hofacket also represented corporate entities and individuals in connection with various merger and acquisition transactions, including stock purchases and asset purchases, and the sale of wholly owned subsidiaries.

Mr. Hofacket represented various corporate entities, partnerships and individuals in connection with general corporate matters, including formation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and general contractual business agreements.
